Here is more good news as Businessweek reports that IDC predicts that global tech spending is set to rise by 3.8 percent, to $1.5 trillion this year after falling by 4.2 percent in 2009. In addition, Gartner predicts a surge in worldwide personal computer shipments-which are on track to rise 22 percent this year.
